   Selling my music store...have about 35 violins/fiddles left. Many older ones, and 2 new Chinese 3/4 size outfits. Most of the old ones are priced from $125 to $299, but I am doing a 40% discount on all the fiddles and most of the other instruments in the store. Several Hopf's , several Suzuki's, I think there are a few Stainers. Some nicely flamed, some are plain. Several made in Germany or Czechoslovakia. Mostly 4/4, a few 3/4 and one 1/2 size.    1894 Hopf Violin, old fiddle, dates inside, sold in Russellville, AR

   $199

   Hopf violin and case. Inside, someone hand wrote, "1894 Hopf. Repaired May 5, 1911 by J. M. Mitchell. Allso (sic) sold by J. M. Mitchell 1894 at Russellville, Arkansas." Has Champion "Patent" tuners; apparently at one time had geared tuners, as there are screw holes on the sides of the peg box. It is playable as is, but really needs the neck reset. Closing music store; I have 40-some fiddles left, plus other instruments. www.countryheritagemusic.com
