Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Food Science, Production Management or similar
3 years of supervisory experience in food, beverage, or related industry
Experience with Continuous Improvement methodology (Lean / Six Sigma)
Duties:
Managing all production activities
Provide supervision over production personnel, including processing, packaging, case packing, and pallets.
Continuous Improvement focused
Ensure productivity, safety standards, quality, and cost
Coordinate trainging
SCOPE OF POSITION:
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading the maintenance, reliability and continuous improvement initiatives of all plant process control equipment, systems and facility.
