Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Food Science, Production Management or similar
3 years of supervisory experience in food, beverage, or related industry
Experience with Continuous Improvement methodology (Lean / Six Sigma)
Duties:
Managing all production activities
Provide supervision over production personnel, including processing, packaging, case packing, and pallets.
Continuous Improvement focused
Ensure productivity, safety standards, quality, and cost
Coordinate trainging
Seeking experience in multi-axis CNC lathe, grinding and milling machines to service customers in the North Eastern Territory of the United States. Approximately 70% travel and ability to perform work on sophisticated CNC machinery up to 6 axis is required by the position.
